Tips on cutting your lace:

When you trying to cut your lace the first thing is make sure the lace is sitting right at the perimeter of your hairline not at the top of your hairline, so that you can just measure where exactly your wig is gonna sit before you start cutting the lace.
Before you cutting the lace take your mousse to just make sure tha frontal is super smacked down and laying down, you can even use water and conditioner to do this, but mousse is to be more effective in making sure that the flyaways are flat and on my scalp.
When cutting your lace, use a very small tiny scissors that way you have a lot of grip space and you can also control the movements of the scissors.
