Colored wigs may take about 7 business days to process before shipping out.

Full wigs and customized wigs may takes 10 business days or longer to process before shipping out.

As of May 2nd, new U.S. tariff regulations have come into effect. While these changes may raise concerns, please rest assured that AFSISTERWIG continues to offer free shipping to all U.S. customers and has decided to cover any additional costs related to customs or duties on your behalf. 

Due to current global logistics conditions and updated customs procedures, shipments to the U.S. may experience some delays. The average delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this period.

We usually send orders via FedEx / DHL/ TNT to the shipping addresses.

Deliveries to APO/FPO/P.O.Boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the packages be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly.

1. A signature is required for clients to accept orders over $600.
2. Afsisterwig is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
3. If the buyer modifies the address information during package delivery, the buyer will bear the cost resulting from this.
